Richard Register Richard graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 1980 with a B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy. He received his J.D. in 1984 from Creighton University School of Law. Richard is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and a past president of the Dodge County Bar Association. Richard is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska. |

In addition Richard is a Certified Master Mediator at the Nebraska Justice Center. From simple post-divorce visitation disputes, to federal court sexual harassment claims, to victim offender cases, to complicated large group (on one occasion the entire small community) facilitations, Richard has helped individuals and organizations find common ground and develop solutions to their problems. This training and experience helps let the participants find their own solutions rather than imposing an outsider’s decision. For more than 20 years, Richard has served as an adjunct faculty member for Metropolitan Community College. He has taught classes including Business Law, Legal Evidence, Introduction to Law, Criminology and more. Areas of Practice:
